command line execution steel app focus

If i use the command line option with folder, after every created Thumbnail File i will lost my application focus. So i could not do any other work on my PC.

I tried also to execute the command line with "start ".." "VideoThumbnailsMaker.exe" "c:\Video" with the same result.

Are there any other workarounds for let the focus untouched ?
