2) The program uses the video-codecs you have installed on your computer.

Although no problems will normally occur, the setup of video-codecs can be complex and problems can occasionally be encountered. Typical issues are poor configuration, conflict between codecs, or malfunctioning codecs.

Notice: Extreme engine is much more compatible with codecs than Engine 1 or Engine 2.

3) Try to use "Engine 2" instead of "Engine 1" (Environment -> Video Rendering) under 64-bit OS.
