| FANTASTIC product, but I am never able to create thumbnails from avi files. As you recommended, I have downloaded, the AVISplitter.ax file, copied it to system32 folder, and ran "regsvr32 AVISplitter.ax". Still no "luck". I have tried video rendering with both Engines 1 & 2. What now?

| 1) Make sure you are using the latest version of VTM (v3.0.0.1)
2) Try to install K-Lite Codec Pack or CCCP Codec Pack.

| Indeed it is a Fantastic product. I was first using Video Snapshot Genius 2.4 but it has very less functionality. VTM is perfect for my cataloging needs. Thanks to ssu-design for making this handy tool.
I am unable to generate thumbnails for AVI at all and for AVI I have to use again Video Snap Shot Genius.
I am using Vista 64 bit. So I tried to install AVISplitter.ax for both 32 bit and 64 bit. I also installed latest Nov 2009 version5.4.4 of K-Lite Kodec and updated it and also installed K-lite codec 64 bit.
Installed the latest version of VTM, but then problem increased as I was unable to generate FLV images after that. Then again installed Older version but no FLV images. So uninstalled the programs and codec and reinstalled, so it is working as before. But No AVI images at all.
Please try to solve this problem. ThanksAdded (2009-11-16, 8:47 Am)
